• • By placing an order with Roma Bricks Pty Ltd (“Seller”), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and Seller.

• • All orders are subject to acceptance by Roma Bricks Pty Ltd. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason.

3. Pricing:

• • Prices are as quoted by the Seller and are subject to change without notice. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Payment:

• • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. The Seller reserves the right to withhold or delay the delivery of goods until payment is received.

• • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Seller is not liable for any delays in delivery. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

6. Acceptance of Goods:

• • Roma Bricks Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the company website.
