1. Defective or Damaged Goods:

• If you receive goods that are defective or damaged, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. We will provide instructions for the return and offer a replacement or a refund.

2. Return Authorization:

• All returns must be authorized by Roma Bricks Pty Ltd. Contact our Customer Service at ismail@romabricks.co.za to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

3. Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted for defective or damaged goods only. Customized or special order items are non-returnable.

4. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please follow these steps: a. Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. b. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. c. Ship the return items to the address provided by Customer Service. d. Include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice with the returned items.

5. Return Shipping:

• The cost of return shipping for defective or damaged goods will be covered by Roma Bricks Pty Ltd. Please use a trackable shipping method.

6. Inspection and Processing:

• Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the return is approved, we will process a replacement or issue a refund within 14 days.

7. Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 days for the refund to be processed.
